My interest in Sports Massage developed through years of personally benefiting from regular treatments to prevent injuries. Having experienced the positive effects firsthand, I decided to pursue a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, earning my qualification over two years ago. Fueled by a genuine passion for sports massage, I further expanded my skills by studying Pregnancy Massage, with a focus on supporting mothers-to-be from the 12th week onward.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two children and dedicate myself to improving my performance and recovery at the gym. What truly drives me professionally is helping clients identify muscular-skeletal imbalances and tightness, assisting them in recovery, promoting better movement, and preventing recurring pain. Embracing a holistic approach to wellness, I understand the link between sports therapy and chiropractic care, understanding their combined role in optimizing performance and enduring well-being.
