Corporate Wellbeing and Workplace Musculoskeletal Health
Corporate wellbeing at ChiroCare means workplace talks, desk set-up reviews and wellbeing days, at your workplace or at our clinic in Ramsbottom, Bury. Sessions are run by our clinical team, and all our chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council. We build each package around your staff, so the first step is a phone call.

Musculoskeletal problems at work: the national picture
Musculoskeletal problems, the aches and pains in backs, necks and joints, lead to lost working days. In Great Britain, 511,000 workers reported a work-related musculoskeletal disorder in 2024/25. That was 27% of all work-related ill health, and an estimated 7.1 million working days were lost (HSE, published November 2025).
We make no claims about reducing absence or improving productivity, because we hold no evidence about either for our own work.
What we offer
- Workplace talks and workshops for office-based or remote teams, on posture and desk set-up, understanding back and neck pain, and muscle tension and movement breaks.
- Desk and workstation reviews: individual checks of desk set-up, screen height and seating position, with practical adjustments staff can make.
- On-site wellbeing days: a clinician at your workplace, offering desk reviews, advice on stretching and movement, and initial one-to-one discussions with staff who have joint or muscle discomfort.
- Appointments at our Ramsbottom clinic for staff who need assessment or treatment. We are open until 7.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and from 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, so staff can come outside working hours.
For on-site sessions, we agree the room, the timings and who is attending with you beforehand.
How a package is put together
There is no standard price list for corporate work, because no two workplaces need the same thing. These are the things that decide the cost:
- how many staff you want to reach
- whether we come to you, staff come to us, or both
- group talks, one-to-one desk reviews, or a mix
- how long each visit lasts, and whether it is a one-off or a regular arrangement
- travel time to your site
Group talks reach more people for the time involved. One-to-one desk reviews take longer per person and give each person advice on their own set-up. After a call about what you need, we send you a written proposal.
Individual staff can always book at the clinic at our published prices. A new patient appointment is £65, and the phone consultation is free.
Who delivers it
All our chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council and follow its Code of Professional Practice. You can check any chiropractor's registration on the GCC's online register. Our chiropractors include Dr Ammani Husna, Doctor of Chiropractic (not a medical doctor).
The wider clinic team includes Fiona Metcalfe, HCPC-registered podiatrist at ChiroCare, and our sports therapy team. When you get in touch, we agree with you who will run each session.

Frequently asked questions
What does a workplace wellbeing day involve?
A clinician from our team spends an agreed part of the day at your workplace. It can include individual desk and workstation reviews, practical advice on stretching and movement breaks, and initial one-to-one discussions with staff who have joint or muscle discomfort. Anyone who needs assessment or treatment can then book at our Ramsbottom clinic. We agree the content, timings and room with you beforehand.
Can you come to our office, or do staff come to the clinic?
Both. We can run talks, desk reviews and wellbeing days at your workplace, and staff can book assessment or treatment at our clinic in Ramsbottom, Bury, including evenings until 7.30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, and on Saturdays. Tell us where you are and how your teams work, and we will suggest the mix that fits.
How much does corporate wellbeing cost?
It depends on what you need, so we do not publish a corporate price list. The main cost drivers are the number of staff, whether we come to you or staff come to us, group talks or one-to-one desk reviews, how long and how often we visit, and travel. Tell us what you have in mind and we will send you a written proposal. Individual staff can book at our published prices. A new patient chiropractic appointment is £65.
Does it work for remote or hybrid teams?
We can tailor talks for remote and hybrid teams as well as office-based staff. Advice on desk set-up and movement breaks applies at a kitchen table as much as in an office. Remote staff who need treatment can book at our Ramsbottom clinic if they live within reach. Tell us how your teams are split and we will suggest a format.
Are your practitioners registered?
All our chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council, the UK's statutory regulator for chiropractors, and you can check any of them on the GCC's online register. Fiona Metcalfe, podiatrist at ChiroCare, is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. Sports therapy has no statutory register in the UK, so ask us about our sports therapy team's qualifications. If your procurement process needs registration details, we can send them.
Can staff claim treatment on private health insurance?
If your staff have private medical insurance, they should check their policy before booking. Ask us and we will tell you what we can and cannot do. We do not name insurers, because cover depends on each policy and, for some insurers, on the individual practitioner.
How far do you travel?
Tell us where you are and we will tell you whether we can come to you, and whether travel adds to the cost. We are based in Ramsbottom, Bury, BL0 9BJ. If your site is too far for on-site sessions, staff can still book at the clinic, and talks can be tailored for remote teams.
